LOBANGS Ca$h Craze《佳节奖金到我JIA》Contest Rules

1. The contest is open to participant(s) of any age, Singapore residents only. The participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the contest may be subjected to further rules and regulations not set out herein, and the participants shall be subjected to such further rules and regulations which may be published on So Drama! Entertainment (SDE)’s website and/or broadcasted on air by SDE.
2. All employees of SDE, including their immediate families are not eligible to enter this contest.
3. The participants acknowledge and agree that by participating in this contest, they agree to the terms of SDE’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time. The participants also agree that SDE may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data, as provided in this campaign, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy (available at our website https://www.sodrama.sg/privacy/): To administer this campaign, , to contact the winner for the administration of prizes in relation to this contest, for continued participation in this contest until its cessation, and marketing and publicity materials for any future contests run by 88.3JIA and/or POWER 98 LOVE SONGS.
4. Participants may only win once in this contest conducted by SDE within sixty (60) days, inclusive of the date the participant won the said contest. SDE reserves the right to disqualify any winner upon discovery that the winner has taken part and won in this contest held by SDE in breach of this term.
5. Participants who win in other contests held by 88.3JIA or POWER 98 LOVE SONGS from 16 December 2024 to 27 January 2025 will not be eligible to win in this contest on the respective stations they have won contests for.
6. SDE will notify winners via the CAMOKAKIS app within 3 working days from the date the results of the contest is broadcasted and/or announced by SDE. Winners are to screen capture the QR code on the notification and email SDE within 5 working days. Failing which, such prizes may be forfeited.
7. Cash prizes will be facilitated via PayNow method to the mobile number registered on the CAMOKAKIS app. Winner is to ensure their mobile number used for the CAMOKAKIS app registration and their PayNow number is the same. SDE accepts no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information given by winner.
8. SDE reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event the name given by the participant does not correspond with the name registered on the participant’s NRIC / Passport / Work Permit.
9. All participants acknowledge and agree that any calls made by them to SDE’s radio stations, 88.3JIA and POWER 98 LOVE SONGS, shall be recorded, and hereby grants his/her consent to SDE to broadcast such recording(s) on-air and online at SDE’s discretion.
10. All prizes are non-transferable. Winners of this contest shall not be entitled to request for a substitution or any other form of consideration in lieu of the original prize. Notwithstanding this, SDE reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) for another of similar value, and such discretion exercised by SDE for the substitution shall be final.
11. SDE reserves the right to revoke any prize and/or disqualify any participant or winner if the participant and/or the winner does not meet any or all of the contest eligibility requirements. SDE shall be entitled to revoke any prize of a winner even though the identity of the winner may already have been announced and/or broadcasted by SDE on air or published in any other way when the contest eligibility requirements are found to have been breached.
12. Winners must provide and confirm all required details for prize disbursement within 28 days from the date the results of the contests have been broadcast and/or announced by SDE, failing which, such prizes shall be forfeited.
13. Details on how to take part in this contest will be announced on-air (88.3JIA and POWER 98 LOVE SONGS) anytime from 8am to 8pm on working weekdays, unless otherwise specified.
14. All decisions by SDE and/or SDE’s appointed judges shall be final.
15. SDE shall not be liable for any unforeseen cancellations or delays of contests and/or events and/or transportation caused by the weather, or any promoter and/or any performer for the same.
16. SDE reserves the right to cancel any contests and/or events as SDE may deem fit without further notice. SDE shall not be liable to any participants for such cancellations.
17. SDE reserves the right to amend and/or withdraw its rules and regulations without prior notice.

General

1. All SDE contests are open to any contestant(s) of any age or residency unless a specific age and/or residency is required by the type of contest, the participating agency, the advertiser and/or by law. The contestants hereby acknowledge and agree that certain contest(s) may be subjected to further rules and regulations not set out herein, and the contestants shall be subjected to such further rules and regulations which may be published on SDE’s website and/or broadcast on air by SDE.
2. Contests that involve an alcohol beverage, club and/or pub sponsor are open to all listeners who are at least 18 years old.
3. All employees of SDE, including their immediate families, as well as sponsoring companies and its agencies, shall not be eligible to enter any of SDE contests.
4. The contestants acknowledge and agree that by participating in any of SDE’s contests, they agree to the terms of SDE’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time.
5. Contestants may only win once in the same contest conducted by SDE on each of its platforms (including but not limited to its radio stations and/or its social media platforms) within sixty (60) days, inclusive of the date the contestant won the said contest. SDE reserves the right to disqualify any winner upon discovery that the winner has taken part and won in any contest held by SDE in breach of this term.
6. SDE reserves the right to disqualify any contestant in the event the name given by the contestant does not correspond with the name registered on the contestant’s NRIC / Passport / Work Permit.

In so doing, the contestants also consent to SDE disclosing the contestant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice and/or character as SDE may deem fit for promotional purposes.

Notwithstanding this, SDE reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) for another of similar value, and such discretion exercised by SDE for the substitution shall be final.

11. All prizes must be collected and/or claimed by the winners at SDE, 21 Media Circle, #05-12, Singapore 138562, unless otherwise stated. The collection time is between 10am to 5pm on Fridays ONLY. No request(s) for the prizes to be mailed and/or couriered out shall be entertained.
12. All winners shall provide their original identification card and/or passport at the time of collection of the prizes. In the event any winner is unable to collect his/her prize personally, a letter of authorization appointing the proxy, as well as a copy of the winner’s identification card and/or passport, shall be provided upon the proxy’s collection of the prize.
13. All decisions by SDE and/or SDE’s appointed judges shall be final.
14. SDE shall not be liable for any unforeseen cancellations or delays of contests and/or events and/or transportation caused by the weather, promoter and/or the performer.
15. SDE reserves the right to cancel any contests and/or events as SDE may deem fit without further notice. SDE shall not be liable to any contestants for such cancellations.
16. SDE reserves the right to amend and/or withdraw its rules and regulations without prior notice.
