Producer | Video Production
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Director/Producer to lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conceptualizing, directing, and producing compelling videos across various formats and platforms, demonstrating strong storytelling and project management skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
a) Creative Development
Develop and pitch original video concepts and treatments aligned with brand objectives or client briefs.
Transform client briefs into compelling narrative structures, specifically for series-based or short-form content.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and other creatives to craft engaging content, narratives, series and formats.
b) Pre-Production
Lead scripting, storyboarding, and shot-list creation processes.
Assemble and manage production teams, including crew, cast, and other stakeholders.
Oversee location scouting, set design, and scheduling to ensure production readiness.
c) Production
Direct on-set activities, ensuring creative vision and production quality are maintained.
Maintain a high standard of visual language and "the right shot," while remaining open to collaborative "buy-in" from specialists (DOPs, Art Dept).
Act as the primary creative point of contact on-set, managing senior stakeholders with confidence and clear "why" behind creative pivots.
d) Post-Production
Work closely with editors, sound designers, and visual effects teams to deliver polished final products.
Provide detailed feedback on cuts to ensure alignment with creative goals.
e) Team Management & Collaboration
Lead and mentor junior producers, directors, and production staff.
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and social media teams to optimize video content for distribution.
f) Industry Knowledge & Innovation
Stay up-to-date with trends in video production, storytelling, and content distribution.
Recommend and implement new technologies or workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in directing and producing video content, including short-form, long-form, and digital/social formats.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and storytelling styles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficient in video production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of current trends in digital and social media platforms.

Senior / Executive, Internal Audit | Internal Audit
Job description
- Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.
- Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with internal policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Identify control gaps, perform root cause analysis, propose practicable measures to mitigate risks, and recommend action plan to improve processes and strengthen the internal controls.
- Gather sufficient and appropriate audit evidence to support audit findings and audit conclusion, and document them in the audit working papers.
- Prepare draft audit findings/ areas for improvement and communicate with process owners and key stakeholders on audit findings and recommended action plan.

This role is suited for an experienced editorial leader with sharp news judgment, strong aesthetic instincts, and a deep understanding of what resonates with modern Singaporean audiences.
You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the brand’s editorial direction – redefining its voice, tone, and visual sensibility – while ensuring content remains timely, relevant, and scalable across platforms, from the website to social media and future content extensions. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with performance, translating editorial vision into measurable audience growth and engagement.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to uphold editorial standards, refine copy, and step in to write when necessary
- Strong news judgment and the ability to operate in fast-paced digital publishing cycles, quickly identifying breaking stories or emerging trends and mobilising teams to produce timely content
- Experience managing editorial output across websites and social platforms, with an eye for both written and visual storytelling

Social Media Manager | Creative Innovation
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Social Engagement Team at So Drama! Entertainment. In this role, you will manage and grow the social media presence of our exciting new lifestyle and entertainment app and two popular radio stations, driving audience engagement through compelling content and community-building initiatives. The Social Engagement team is part of the Creative Innovation Department – and sits within the wider Creative & Content group. As part of the Social Engagement team, you will support the Team Lead in growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms, ensuring our brands remains at the forefront of digital entertainment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Social Media Management
- Be a part of the team overseeing and managing the social media accounts of So Drama! Entertainment, our upcoming new lifestyle and entertainment app, and radio stations – POWER 98 and 88.3 JIA – ensuring consistency and versatility in tone, branding, and messaging across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.,
b. Community Engagement:
- Actively interact with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and spark conversations to foster a strong and engaged online community.
- Address audience concerns professionally, manage brand reputation online, and escalate potential issues when necessary.
c. Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Ideate, develop and produce engaging, shareable, and trend-driven content across platforms and emerging channels in line with a robust content calendar.
- Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, contests and interactive activities to drive engagement, downloads and other success factors.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and enhance audience engagement.
d. Partner Collaborations & Paid Advertising:
- Identify and engage with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Develop and execute influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns with the Marketing & Branding team to amplify reach.
e. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally within Creative & Content and with Product, Tech, Marketing, Business Development and other internal stakeholders to meet social engagement KPIs
- Partner Ideation Lab – our in-house creative design team – in participating in external client pitches when required, focusing on effective and appropriate social engagement strategies and ideas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media/Communications or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, community engagement and/or digital marketing; preferably in media, entertainment or lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Strong content creation capabilities including basic graphic design, video editing and/or live-streaming experience.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools; working knowledge of Brandwatch will be an advantage.
